i did finish the A Stitch in Color tumblers lap quilt, but not in time to drop it off at yesterday's meeting. i had a bit of fun with the quilting, trying out some new patterns and variations on others. stay tuned for pictures of the finished quilt and close ups of the quilting on friday!
and while i collected some fabrics for more low volume HST blocks from several ladies in the HMQG yesterday, i haven't yet cut and marked my squares. i decided that would be a good project for the upcoming retreat!
goals for this week:
---> quilt and bind disappearing nine patch charity quilt
---> finish mini quilt for FLiQS and mail by Friday
---> finish up neck binding on white w/black spots tank
