Meal Plan Monday


It's been a while since I had a meal plan post for the week, and even this one is a day late!  I've noticed, though, that when we have a meal plan in place a) we eat out less, b) we eat healthier than otherwise and c) we don't end up throwing out as much food that goes bad.  So, given all of those things, here's the plan for this week:

monday - fend for yourself
tuesday - leftovers (bbq brisket and chicken, grilled corn and pineapple)
wednesday - jambalaya with sausage and chicken
thursday - grilled flounder filets, corn on the cob, spinach salad
friday - date night/eating out
saturday - if we don't take some friends out to dinner for a bday celebration, then chicken spaghetti
sunday - grilled chicken and beef kabobs with squash, mushroom, tomato
