it's the end of the month, so that means it's time for the '12 in '12 Challenge. this month liz is hosting and having the giveaway, but safieh and i are playing along.
i didn't get in nearly as much sewing as i'd have liked this month, but i finally finished my row robin quilt. in late 2010 through early 2011, various members of the Houston Modern Quilt Guild made rows for a quilt, based upon my specifications. i made the first row as an example (it's the 3rd row from the top in the finished quilt.).
from about april 2011 until this month, the rows just sat in a bag in my sewing room. i'd even ordered backing fabric months ago, but still it sat, untouched. i finally pulled it out, made two blocks that were needed to complete the last row, sewed the rows together and prepped the backing. then there was a slight pause before i got it basted, then another pause before i got to the quilting. i finally finished it last weekend, got it washed and dried, and jacey took the fabulous photos you see here!
so, what did you finish this month? go on over to liz's blog to link up and possibly win a great prize!

Yay, Amy!! I'm so glad you finished. The Loulouthi print is so perfect for the blocks. I'm glad I could help out with the pictures! This one's for Ozzie, right? ;)
Прекрасный квилт! Цветовая гамма очень красивая. Интересные блоки.
