i got my Ghastlies quilt top finished:
pardon the blurry iPhone pic, but M was holding up the quilt and couldn't keep still!
i also finally pieced together my 1930s wonky log cabin blocks into a top, pieced a crazy backing, and cut binding strips:
best of all, i got M to make me a large (39 x 52) ironing board on a frame that sets over the top of the table in my craft room:
in his words, it's just another big cat bed!
M also recovered my design wall boards, since naughty kitten finished destroying them last week!
oh, and i pulled out my grandmother's flower garden hand-pieced hexie top and cut borders to applique it to.
goals for this week:
---> applique remaining three borders on grandmother's flower garden hand-pieced hexie top
---> piece a backing for grandmother's flower garden hand-pieced hexie top and cut border strips
---> baste grandmother's flower garden hand-pieced hexie top
