houston modern quilt guild, and we have plans with friends later in the week. i'm also trying to eat healthier, which means more meals at home, more fruits and veggies, and less eating out.

tuesday - chicken breast stuffed with spinach and goat cheese, glazed carrots, fruit salad
wednesday - beef stroganoff, sauteed spinach
thursday - chicken spaghetti
friday - dinner out with friends
saturday - dinner out
