Tuesday, I went to Jacey's to sew, and i cut out a tank top from New Look 0116 using some voile from Denyse Schmidt's Greenfield Hills line. I stitched it up there, and finished it up at home with some pre-made black bias tape. I'm not 100% thrilled with the way the gathers at the neckline look on me, but it's definitely wearable.

I also downloaded the Sorbetto top pattern from Collette, so maybe I'll try that one over the weekend and see how I like it!
I also finished up the black & white new wave quilt for M, and he loves it (even though he's not smiling in the picture)!

And what's a blog post without a cat picture:

A blog post isn't much at all without a kitty picture! I want to see your tank in person now that it's done. I'm glad you finished so quickly! I do love that fabric in the pattern.
And yay for two finishes this week!
