last weekend we ate out a lot, and i gained two pounds! i'd like to blame it on water weight, but i don't think i can. M is in town this week, though, so we started last night with eating "real meals."
monday - grilled chicken breast, asparagus, mashed potatoes
tuesday - petite filet mignon, steamed carrots, baby red potatoes
wednesday - stuffed pork chops, broccoli and carrots
thursday - fried chicken out (M's request!)
friday - date night
saturday - dinner out
