i did pretty well again on weight watchers this week, and going to spin class twice and pilates once earned me extra points, which helped. menu planning is pretty important in helping me stay on track, so here goes for this week:
monday - smoothie after spin class tuesday - popeye's fried chicken wednesday - dinner out for a friend's bday thursday - lean cuisine or a smoothie friday - date night saturday - ?? unsure if i will be at a bachelorette party or not sunday - movie popcorn! going to see the hunger games!
