last week i started back on weight watchers and did pretty well. menu planning is pretty important in helping me stay on track, so here goes for this week:
monday - lean cuisine steamable meal
tuesday - quesadilla with veggies
wednesday - lean cuisine steamable meal
thursday - smoothie after spin class
friday - my parents are in town so i'm sure we'll take them out somewhere
saturday - steak night with M's rodeo committee
sunday - grilled chicken breast, green beans with mandarin oranges, carrots
