meal plan monday

it's been a while since i posted a meal plan, but i have been making them, except for last week. last week M was out of town most of the week, and i didn't bother with a plan. as a result, i ate really crappy, though i did manage to stick with the Weight Watchers program. (i started my 6th week on WW today, and so far i'm down exactly 10 lbs!) i'm on my own again this week, but this time i'm making a plan.

sunday - chicken rogan josh with basmati rice
monday - taco salad with ground turkey and baked tortilla shell
tuesday - bbq chicken, green beans with oranges
wednesday - spaghetti with arrabiata sauce
thursday - chicken spaghetti, salad
friday - tacos
saturday - leftovers
