well, it's that time again. time to assess last week and move forward. we did great last week with eating at home! we stuck to the meal plan more or less. on thursday we substituted green bean koresh, a persian stew, for the chicken chipotle corn chowder, but we still ate at home.
this week's plan - revised:
monday - beef stew (it was another epic fail, and i ended up grabbing taco bell when we went out to put gas in my car!)
tuesday - deconstructed broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breasts, rice, salad
wednesday - lasagna, salad, green beans
thursday - parmesan paprika pork chops, broccoli, mashed potatoes
friday - Date Night
saturday - leftover night
sunday - ribeye steaks, baked sweet potatoes, broccoli

Thanks for the recipe links. Always looking for something practical. Last night we had ribs in the slow cooker. Just put in ribs, pour on a bottle of BBQ sauce, and add a sliced onion. 6 hours on low. It was good and I got to sew rather than cook.
The pork chops sound amazing! YUM! And I love that y'all have a scheduled date night. Too adorable!
