Rest in Peace Sir Thomas OrangeCat

i don't know exactly when tom was born - we guess sometime in the spring of 2007 - but i know exactly when he passed away - sunday, november 28, 2010, at 6:24 a.m.

thomas wasn't the best cat ever; he wasn't a perfect cat. but he was a good cat, and he was my favorite. he made me laugh when he did silly things. he kept me warm when he snuggled. he meowed when you petted him. he chewed metal and pooed on the couch. but i still loved him best of all.

tom went by lots of names. when we acquired him after he had been dumped at mark's friends' farm, they had named him tommy boy, after the chris farley movie. not being a chris farley fan, i just called him tommy at first, then tommy kittykins. when he started getting to be a bog boy, we called him fat tom. we also called him mr. tom, sir thomas orangecat, and tommy rotten. no matter what name we used, we used it lovingly, even when mark called him mr. poobody because he pooed on the couch.
