The Weekly List

finally!  a successful sewing week!  i finished my Feathers quilt top in time to link up for prizes, and even though i didn't win any of the three fabulous prizes i'm glad to have the top finished so now i can start thinking about how to quilt it.

i also finished my first Super Tote from Noodlehead's  pattern.  i love it, and i'll be posting more about my experience with the pattern and pictures of my bag in a few days!  suffice it to say i'm already planning another one!

last night i unexpectedly had a few bonus sewing hours, so i plugged away at the tedious straight line quilting on my grandmother's flower garden quilt and got the quilting all done!

this week i'm revved up to finish an old project and get started on a new project.

goals for this week:

--- finish grandmother's flower garden quilt (it just needs the binding now!)
--- cut pieces for Sherbet Pips pillow cover and start sewing
--- prep for the free motion quilting class i'm attending on saturday
