meal plan monday
last week in review: we mostly stuck to the plan, but sunday night we had leftovers we brough home from lunch with M's family, so we shigfted sunday and monday and omitted tuesday's meal. also, the redfish wasn't thawed enough to grill on friday, so we went to chuy's on friday and had the fish sunday night. i also stuck it out on weight watchers for another week.
sunday: grilled redfish, corn on the cob, stuffed jalapenos
monday: grilled lemon chicken, asparagus, corn on the cob, grilled pineapple
tuesday: green chile stew (leftovers)
wednesday: PF Changs frozen meal Beef and Broccoli, steamed rice
thursday: chicken spaghetti, green beans
friday - sunday: visiting my parents
