recap of last week - well, the first part of the week, we stuck to the plan. wednesday i didn't want pork, so we bumped the cheese enchiladas up. thursday, M had to work a rodeo shift, and i felt crappy, so i took myself out for chinese. by friday, i realized that my "allergies" had become a full-blown respiratory infection, and M had to work late. he brought home a frozen pizza for dinner. saturday M endedup working a rodeo shift for someone who was sick, which left me sick and on my own for dinner. i ate ritz crackerfuls, which though quite tasty are NOT dinner, and a half croissant. sunday i insisted on chinese food and whataburger.
here's this week's plan:
monday - whoops! i forgot to take something out of the freezer this morning, so maybe we'll just eat spaghetti
tuesday - i'll eat leftovers or soup since M has a rodeo shift
wednesday - hatch chicken enchiladas, mexican rice
thursday - i'll eat leftovers or soup since M has a rodeo shift
friday - sunday - hanging with my parents, so no meal plan needed
